This is a whitetail camp. Tags are over-the-counter — no draw to worry about, no points to burn.

Harvest & Target Bucks

One buck archery and one buck rifle. Archery hunters may stay on to also take a rifle buck. Target bucks run 140" and up.

What kind of hunt is this?

Do I need to draw a tag?

No. Tags are over-the-counter, with no draw required.

Can I hunt both archery and rifle season?

Yes. Each season has its own tag, so booking both an archery and a rifle hunt gives you the opportunity to harvest two bucks — one per season, 140" and up. Archery hunters can combine both stays into one trip.

Are lodging and meals included?

Yes. Lodging and meals are included. Hunters stay at the Historic Young's Lodge in Callao, Missouri, with meals served at the lodge event center. Local motels are used for overflow.

How much does a hunt cost?

Archery hunts are $2,950 and rifle hunts are $3,250. Additional days are $650 per day.

What are the season dates?

Archery runs November 1–5 and November 7–11. Rifle runs November 14–18 and November 20–24.
