Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern all hunt bookings made with Hidden Creek Outfitters LLC, Outfitter License #BG041 ("Hidden Creek Outfitters," "we," "us," or "our"). By submitting a booking request or paying a deposit, you agree to these terms.

Booking & Payment

A non-refundable deposit of $250 is required to reserve your hunt. The remaining balance is due in full within 30 days of your scheduled hunt date.

Cancellation Policy

The $250 deposit is non-refundable. If you cancel your hunt for any reason, the deposit will not be refunded.

Text Message (SMS) Program

By opting in to SMS communications, you may receive text messages from Hidden Creek Outfitters related to booking confirmations, deposit and payment updates, and pre-trip information for your hunt. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. You must be 18 years of age or older to opt in to SMS messaging.

Assumption of Risk & Liability

Hunting is an inherently dangerous activity that carries risk of serious injury or death, including but not limited to risks associated with firearms, archery equipment, wildlife, terrain, and weather. By booking a hunt with Hidden Creek Outfitters, you acknowledge and voluntarily assume all risks associated with hunting activities on our property. Hidden Creek Outfitters LLC, its guides, employees, and agents shall not be held liable for any injury, death, property damage, or loss arising from participation in a hunt, except as prohibited by law. Hidden Creek Outfitters makes no guarantee of a successful harvest.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
